Sorry to see you are not happy with the Clothes Airer and it is not what you expected. This design is over 100 years old and stood the test of time for being a great addition to homes for more natural ways of drying laundry. Unsure what you mean by flimsy as it needs to be able to operate, your welcome to send a video over to our support email as it may not be fitted correctly and we can check this for you. As you can see from our reviews on this particular product is does have very good feedback from our customers, so if you want to double check with us we can make sure it has been installed correctly.
