Can't comment on the product as I'm still waiting for it but the order process is unnecessarily complicated and delivery has been scheduled and missed twice.

Thank you for your review and feedback, we are very sorry that you’ve been dissatisfied with the service you have received. This has been investigated and passed to our continuous improvement department. In relation to your mis-booked order – I can see our manufacturer did let us down on the first occasion and this was an administration error with them and this has been passed to our vendor relation team to address. In regards to the second delivery date I can see that it was booked in but unfortunately due to the amount of back orders leaving we were advised the lorry was full. I can see your delivery has now gone ahead and we have tried to get in touch with you to check everything has been resolved but we have been unable to speak with you. If there is anything we can do please call us on 02393 162168 Kind regards Customer service
