In relation to your delivery before you order is processed we send you a Bespoke Order confirmation that not only lists the individual weights of the radiators but also advises you that the delivery service is kerb side only.
We ask our customers to read this and reply to the email advising that they are happy to proceed, we do not put the order in to production until this has been confirmed.
We are aware that Cast Iron Radiators are extremely heavy and that the kerb side delivery can be challenging for our customers, this is why we are very transparent with the delivery service we offer and the weights of the radiators.
