Thank you for taking the time to speak with me and as mentioned we do fully understand your comments surrounding the delivery of your radiators. This is something we are continuously working on with our vendors and their carriers.

As discussed; unfortunately the kerb-side delivery service is something that is governed by the transport industries and their insurance companies, so we have little control over changing it.

We do try and be as transparent as possible with the way delivery works and advise all of our customers prior to ordering.

I would like to thank you though for the positive comments in relation to our Customer Service and the products you have bought, we are delighted you are happy with them.

In relation to your comment “Mediocre middle men” I find this unjustified.

It is true we do not manufacture on our Portsmouth site, but have them made to the very highest specification in one of our partner manufacturing plants.

Your order was placed with us at Cast Iron Radiators 4u, not with the manufacturer, so all dealings are undertaken by ourselves.

We were at no point trying to be unhelpful, but the manufacture would not have been able to offer you any kind of delivery information & do not deal directly with members of the public.

We can see in our notes though that we spoke to you on the day of delivery and we did advise you of a 2 hour slot by 09:30 am.

In closing, We hope you are happy with the radiator & are here to help in the future.
