I appreciate that this is an industry standard, but as we are a very small community cafe, and have never bought a new appliance before, I would have no way of knowing this, so it would be helpful, for novices like me, if a note about this was on the page with the cooker prices. I have only domestic purchases to go from, as that is all my experience has been. I did pick it up on the order acknowledgement, but it’s a bit late when you have placed the order.
