Thank you for the wonderful comments regarding our service it's a huge focus of ours and we are always aiming to improve where we can. 

With regards to the comments on the G3101 itself,  I passed on the comments to Falcon themselves and they have sent over some helpful information on how to keep the unit clean and some of the features this oven has over some of its competitors I will forward this information on to you and hope it helps.
