After initial upset regarding ‘next day ‘ delivery apparently only on telephone orders (had ordered online) the item arrived next day which in catering makes all the difference 5* for making it happen

We apologise that the first microwave despatched was the incorrect model. Thankfully an extremely rare occurrence but of course we have reviewed the issues and potential improvement as a team. We can see that whilst we were indeed unable to provide an answer at the time we certainly pushed our supplier and the courier to gain information and a resolution and we did try to reassure of this with 8 separate emails.
