Good morning, thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the long delay in response to this however I am aware that this was resolved with our team and your client kept the units there on site. I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused here ; we did have numerous issues with our supplier in relation to the delivery which was just as frustrating for our team when trying to get this resolved. Michael did escalate this to our Assistant Solutions Manager Melody when requested who communicated with you and brought the matter to a close. We completely take your feedback on board and hope to be able to work better with this supplier to ensure fewer issues such as this. Thank you.

Thank you for the great review Niall! Apologies, we do offer a second person for installs at an extra cost but I think as you had discussed with the coordinator that you had onsite people to help that then wasn't offered.

As soon as we have collected the machine we will issue your refund; I believe there has been significant delays and we are working hard on this to rectify the underlying issues here. Thank you for the great review Paul, although we do deliver to Southern Ireland and in fact have an Irish sister company www.caterkwik.ie which makes it easier for our Irish customers to order from. We are not a sister company of Nisbets so I wonder if you may be thinking of somebody else. I shall have a look into why this impression may have been given in your case and sorry for any confusion.
