Thank you for your valued feedback.I am so sorry that you have been let down by our courier TNT. As a company, 98.2% of our products that leave our warehouse get to their destination on time.
There are lots of reasons why this sometimes doesn’t happen, e.g. site access, customers not being available at the time etc.With such a tight timeframe, ie. ordered at 11:20am on the day before, to be delivered over 300 miles away makes it even more annoying.However, as the majority of our customers receive the goods in the timeframe that they need, we are unable to foresee the very small percentage of hiccups that may happen.
When the do happen, we have an 8am -8pm 7 days a week service care line that you can make contact with which we feel is worth bearing in mind.Once again, apologies that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
