Thank you for your valued feedback.I do apologise for the delay with your product.At the time of ordering a member of our team emailed you to advise the delivery would be w/c 7th August, which you accepted.But where we have let you down is not keeping you informed of the additional delays, as some containers that come from the far East can be delayed for several weeks.We do have procedures in place to deal with this but it has been unfortunately missed off our supplier back order list so was not flagged for our team to notify you.It is also worth bearing in mind that you were not offered an alternative at the time of ordering, which is normally our policy.Once again, we can only learn from our mistakes, and if you choose to use us in the future I hope we live up to your expectations.
