We had three machines delivered two totally broken in transit/by ther delivery driver who was beyond rude. caterkwik office staff delat with it very well but dreadful courier.

I do sincerely apologise for the broken machines and the attitude of the delivery driver.We have logged this with our suppliers as we know the impression the drivers make is very important. Saying that, we are dealing with a 3rd party and it is often very difficult to control them from our end. Very good service. Ordered Hot Cupboard and received on time. I need to request for repair after we receive good. But sent engineer quickly and repaired. Highly recommend.
