Improve delivery options. For larger items unrealistic in this age of technology to expect people to wait as I did 8 hours in a lock up club for a delivery that never came.

We apologise sincerely that the original delivery did not arrive on the scheduled day. The vast majority of our deliveries are on time and are supported by accurate tracking. We also offer a variety of delivery services to cater for varying requirements. On this occasion I understand that TNT attempted, on multiple occasions, to deliver without success and that we did eventually deliver on our own transport. We of course look to learn from your review and will feedback to our sales team and courier.
