Dear Sir, a follow up to my initial response. I have been informed that the courier did make a call to arrange the delivery. This was confirmed. I don't want to post the name and number online but welcome a call to discuss. However, I believe it was not the mobile number as stated during one of your conversations with our sales team. Of course there are other issues to be attended to but I would reassure you that action is being taken on your valued feedback.
