Hello, thank you for your review. We are somewhat disappointed that you feel this way as we strived to get the dimension information for you the same day as your request, which we achieved. I apologise that the Parry units arrived out of the blue, we take your feedback on board. We had asked them to be made for you urgently so they were rushed through and in haste you haven't been updated on delivery date. James will get the price over to you ASAP on the bespoke worktop. Yes the dimensions were sent out the same day but only after James said he couldn't supply them and I told him he would have to try harder.

Thank you so much for the great review, Robert! My colleague Charlotte has emailed you regarding the damage- apologies, it does not look like this was picked up on the delivery video. I will also be investigating re the driver not staying as that is highly unusual - it was a long standing member of our team doing this. I can see he did upload a delivery video.
