I do apologise that your experience on this occasion with Caterkwik has clearly not lived up to your expectations. I have looked into the table order and I can see that you have ordered specific dimensions of the Parry void table online. I can confirm that this was made to order in Parry's UK factory, hence the many, many size options available online. As per the images on the site, the legs are inset. They are inset by 65mm either side, making the equipment void 130mm less than the overall table width. Our solutions support phone line is open 7 days a week 8am-8pm to answer any questions our customers have and I can suggest that for any specific requirements it is always best to call to ensure we get the right equipment for your business. I will take on board your comments and our web team will update the website to ensure that the specific inset dimensions are stated with the Parry void tables.
Regarding the mixer order, I am so sorry that this has happened. Having spoken with our Warehouse Manager, all used/B grade units need to be checked and cleaned before going out to our customers. This one must have slipped through the net - if you could send us some images in then I can fully investigate this for you. We will be implementing moving forward a system that means these units are stored without packaging, which should ensure none are missed for final checks before being repackaged up for delivery.
