Thank you for your valued feedback. You ordered on Monday 7th of November, and we delivered on Tuesday 14th of November, which was the sixth working day. I apologise for the slight delay with this, as I understand that you called and were advised that it would be delivered on Monday. After looking into this, I believe they tried to call to book the delivery in with you on your mobile on Friday the 11th & Monday the 14th November and they couldn't get through which is why they didn't set off with it. Apologies for the delay with this, this system is in place to try to prevent missed deliveries.
