However, the delivery company did phone and book the delivery in with a member of your team on the morning of delivery who said it was fine to deliver that day. Regarding it being out of stock, although we wish we were able to display stock on the website, it just isn't possible at present. I am struggling to understand what you mean by waiting 3 weeks - you placed the order on 20/09/2022 and it was delivered on 22/09/2022, meaning that it took only 2 days to arrived. Please clarify if any different but I have assessed your account and cannot see any information to the contrary.
