Hello, I'm really sorry to hear this. On this occasion, DX let us down hugely in delivering the item (they lost one, so we had to send a whole new one and will never recover the cost of the first one). They didn't pick it up first time round as their van was too full; we too heard different excuses from them. Obviously you know this isn't how we normally operate and I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during this period of time.
