I am usually able to persuade the driver to remove the old pallet but it shold be part of the service as these things are not easy to break up or to transport to the tip

Wood burns well. The only feedback I have is the width and thickness of some of the logs were a bit small overall. The length was perfect but width was a bit oN the thin side for the bulk of the order
