We are sorry that you felt the delivery experience could have been improved. Palletline should have sent a notification including a 2-hour delivery window to advise you on delivery proceedings. Due to the nature of the pallet deliveries, the ETA system can only allow for this window of time as it ensures ETA's remain accurate even if unforeseen issues arise.Palletline are contracted to deliver kerbside but, in future, please contact us to discuss any special requirements that are outside of the standard delivery and we will try our utmost to fulfil your requirements. To improve this experience going forward, I will request for the driver to call you 20 minutes before future deliveries.
