Definitely keep this in mind next time you place an order. In regard to the delivery ETA, I did raise the concern with our couriers. Due to the amount of freight going through the network before Easter, the ETA system ran into a few errors. We have been assured that this should not happen again. Ending our return your bulk bag scheme was not a decision that we took lightly; it had become economically prohibitive, among a number of other reasons, which you can read about in our blog here: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/blogs/news/why-are-we-removing-our-return-your-empty-bulk-bag-service. The bags are fully recyclable, just double check with your local council that they accept flexi-plastics at roadside collection. Instead of allocating resources to process returned bags, we feel that donating money saved to a good charitable cause that better aligns with our company ethos would have far more benefit in making a positive impact.
