Recently, we have had to put our Return your Bulk Bag scheme on hold for a number of reasons which you can read about in our blog here: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/blogs/news/why-are-we-removing-our-return-your-empty-bulk-bag-service. Whilst we no longer offer this service, we would like to remind our customers that all our bulk bags are 100% recyclable and to please check with your local council that Flexi-plastics are accepted through the kerb side collections. In regards to the pallets, we use a third party Courier (Palletline) and, at this point in time, they do not offer collections, however, we appreciate your feedback and will pass your comments on.
