Hi Robert, Sorry to hear your delivery didn't go as well as usual, I did chase this with Palletline on your behalf. The depot spoke to your usual driver and he had agreed that he left the goods without authorisation. However, he mentioned that he had been there multiple times before and this is where the pallet was agreed to be left. The driver left the pallet as close to your property as possible (as advised in your notes: "If possible please deliver as far down the driveway as possible if nobody is in. Thanks") as he could not hoist the pallet up the steps. If you want to change your notes so this doesn't occur again, please reach back out to us and we'll be able to sort this for you. Dear Mr Fanthorpe, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your recent order with us. We are sorry for the issues with the delayed shipment. There had been an issue with the transhipment of your pallet from the central hub, which sadly meant your pallet did not arrive at your local delivery depot in time for the initial delivery date. Our couriers reached out to you directly on Sunday evening to warn you of the delayed shipment and to offer you a delivery for Tuesday. Our couriers have advised that instead, you had requested delivery on Monday 5th of February as you would be in to receive the shipment then. If this date no longer works for you, please do let us know and we can arrange to move that to a more suitable date. If you would like to re-review the products once they have been received, please feel free to do so as we would love to hear your thoughts on the products you receive.
