In regards to the issue with DPD, as explained on the phone, it did look like DPD tried to deliver your goods on the 30th and then the 31st of January, but they were unable to deliver, hence why it was sent back to us. As soon as you made us aware of this issue, we arranged a next-day collection to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We're not quite sure why DPD were not able to deliver, and have tried to investigate this further so it does not occur again in the future.
