In regards to the delivery, standard deliveries can be attempted between 8 am-6 pm on the date you requested at checkout. Palletline do have an ETA service which should have given you a 2-hour window slot. By the sounds of things, this did not happen, so I have passed the feedback on to Palletline to ensure they can streamline this process.
