In regards to the delivery, standard deliveries can be attempted between 8 am-6 pm on the date you requested at checkout. Palletline do have an ETA service which should have given you a 2-hour window slot. By the sounds of things, this did not happen, so I have passed the feedback on to Palletline to ensure they can streamline this process. Hi Joeseph, Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased to hear you are happy with our Dinkies. This is a new product of ours, so this feedback will be taken on board. Regarding the delivery, in mid/late January, we were experiencing some issues getting DPD to collect our heavier parcels due to weight restrictions on their vans. However, this issue has now been addressed and they now collect their goods in a lorry, meaning you should receive your goods within 1-3 working days as stated on our website.
