In regards to the delivery, the standard service is from 8 am to 6 pm as stated on our website during checkout. The Palletline ETA system is automated, so the contact number you included on the point of order would receive the text ETA (in this case your landline). When this was flagged with a member of our team, we immediately updated this for you, so the same issue did not occur on your next order.
ETA's are only estimated and can move throughout the day for numerous reasons, i.e. traffic, prior deliveries failing, breakdowns etc. Nonetheless, I have passed your feedback on to the team to see if there is any way we can streamline the ETA system further.
