We are happy to hear that you were pleased with your purchase and the delivery service but are sorry that that you were unable to get an answer from the online chat. Unfortunately, last week our online live chat system ran into issues with their notifications, as a result, a lot of enquiries were missed. As soon as we noticed, we flagged this with Zendesk and now the issue has been resolved so going forward this should not happen again. However, we are glad that the issue was resolved when you called the office and are happy to hear that your delivery ran smoothly.
