Unfortunately, last week Palletline had an issue with their mailbox that sends out the notifications/emails. This meant that customers were not receiving the usual notifications/emails regarding the estimated time of arrival for their deliveries and we understand that this did cause issues with our some of our customers.
We raised this issue with Palletline as soon as we were made aware of this issue and this should not happen again for future orders.
We apologise for any disruption this may have caused.
