We are sorry to hear about the issue with the delivery of your firelighters, we are still investigating why this issue occurred so we can ensure it doesn't happen again. You spoke to one of our customer service teams around midday on Friday, however, by that point, DPD had come and collected all the allocated parcels. By the looks of it, we manifested the label on Monday and the parcel was picked up on Tuesday, and then delivered on Wednesday. As the courtesy pack of Flamers were never delivered as promised, I have credited your account 500 points, which brings your total points up to 2,486 points, which equates to a £24 discount for your next order.
