A less convoluted website for renewals is needed, with clearer options. Even Feefo communication has the incorrect details of my purchase....

It was not at all easy to sign up. I found it difficult and it took three attempts over a couple of days. I even tried the phone number and there was no reply. It did not seem a very professional.
