I have paid the £10 but never received the access to the Church Times. No doubt they will hammer me for the quarterly sub soon. Appalling, I am sorry to say

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have not been able to access the Church Times online. It should just be a case of signing in to the website using your email address and the same password you used when purchasing the subscription. Please let me know if you're a) unable to sign in, or b) can sign in but are unable to read articles, and I will get this fixed for you: eleanor@hymnsam.co.uk.

Subscription page was clearly set out so it was easy to see the choice I wanted to make. Card transaction went smoothly. In due course print and digital both available without any problem.
