Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for the order and the feedback. You have subscribed to the digital version of Church Times. This means you have full access to our website and app - you need to login using your email and password used in setting up the account at www.churchtimes.co.uk - we won't be sending you anything! The website is updated every Friday but has new stories and content daily - we also have a daily e-bulletin with highlights and breaking news - you need to sign in to that separately if of interest. Many thanks for the quick response. The point about lack of communication I am making is that it wasn't clear to me when I subscribed how I would access the editions and that it was for me to log in each week. I am happy to do this, but was surprised that there was not Welcome email (which might have reassured me that for example my change of email had been actioned) and could have told me that the onus was on me to check the website each Friday for new editions. I guess these days we get used to being nudged by other organisations to "take a look at what is new this week" which encourage people to keep checking websites. Please note though that the only communication I did get was this one from feefo to the email address I asked to be changed, so this still needs to be actioned. Thanks - there certainly should be a welcome email with information on access etc - plus an order confirmation email - I wonder if these went into spam/junk ? We will check our processes are as they should have been in this case. We want you to access Church Times easily (and regularly) and aim to make this as straightforward as possible. Sorry for this mis-hap and going forward I hope you enjoy the subscription.

Thank you for the order and the feedback. We are sorry on despatch times and you will understand this is totally out of our control as we rely on the Royal Mail. Courier delivery would be a significant extra cost. The paper is printed Wednesday night and enters the post system on Thursday morning. Recent surveys have shown that most delivery is Friday or Saturday. See our FAQ section here for more info on this. It might be worth asking at your local office is there is a localised problem with delivery. You have a digital subscription also so you have the website and app access all of which is updated first thing Friday morning and also available as a page turner (like the paper) digital edition.
