They were excellent. I had paid a subscription into the wrong account. They sorted it immediately, paid some into the correct account for me and repaid the balance. Fast and excellent service.

Thank you for your feedback. Our system automatically sets up your new subscription term to start when the old one ends, even if you renew several weeks in advance.
