The on-line access is fine; but the hard copy of 9 March has yet to arrive. I understand that non-delivery of this issue has been a general problem and that a copy is on its way.

Thanks for the feedback. This subscription started with 23rd Feb issue. The 2nd March issue has been significantly delayed due to weather/transport difficulties. Copies were mailed on Monday and should be with you Thursday latest. If not let us know and we will adjust your record. Thanks again.

I tried several times to renew online and eventually called the U.K. from the USA. I also had a problem last year but I really like to continue with the paper and shall do so.

Thanks for the feedback. So sorry you had problems subscribing. I will check with our subs dept. to see if we can do anything more to support international subscribers - I know we don't accept Amex cards but otherwise it should be hassle and problem free.
