That's always the dilemma with any news coverage: the tendency to focus on the negative, because the positive is the norm (i.e. not news). We try to pick out good initiatives, but part of our job as a paper of record is to hold the Church accountable when it falls short of the ideal, which, of course, is perfection (thanks, St Paul!).
