Not a description I recognise. The left/right-wingness depends on perspective, I suspect. After all, we carried a significant piece by David Cameron just a year ago (and nothing by Ed Milliband, if you remember him - though we asked, paradoxically in an effort to gain balance in our pre-election coverage. He turned us down.) As for trendy - as if! Thou I'd be interested in a definition of 'trendy' in a church context. Sorry you were put off, though. Paul Handley editor Church Times
