Thank you for the review, we have looked at and have used many different types of delivery mechanisms for our many overseas customers, there doesn't seems to be any service that is actually better than the others. Thankfully yours was an isolated issue, we constantly assess and review the best way to provide the delivery abroad though!

I was very pleased with them reglazing the glasses and repairing the frame. unfortunately a screw was loose one month later which I tightened but I dont think it should be coming loose so quickly
