We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff were very helpful. We took taxis to the centre of Sienna.. They came within a few minutes and we’re inexpensive.

This hotel was perfect. I have mobility issues but because this hotel was in the centre of Lucca we were able to walk round the city easily.

The Royal was situated just across a road to the promenade, shops and the beaches. A large wooded area was a block behind the hotel.

Great location on the Promenade, a lovely characterful hotel with great service. Our room, a supposed side view was very large with an excellent bathroom and a straight view over to the sea!
