Poorly finished product. This was the fault of the manufacturer not Collingwood. Stains on a new sofa should not have been sent out of the factory or wherever.

There was only one lady trying to deal with customers on two floors of the shop; she did her best to help me but usually in your Horsham shop I have had more advise and more time spent with me.
