How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Just to say Thank You for a swift reply. We were recommended to your firm re offering excellent customer service. I have a stair lift from another firm and as my 85 year old cousin lives alone I felt first rate customer service was essential to give him peace of mind. Your representative on the initial contact was most helpful and willing to go to my home about 1 1/2 miles away where my cousin has been staying for a year, to measure his height and thigh length. He could not at that point travel to his home. The gentleman putting in the machine was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were given a contact at the firm but when I spoke to her she did not seem to know about us. I appreciate every member of staff will be dealing with several if not many clients but I thought a list of client names would be available to her. My relative has moved back to his house today and seems comfortable with his purchase. We have both used the lift on several visits but tonight is his first use alone. Doreen Agutter
