Seating options on the slow ferry very limited (restricted to eating area) unless pay for a Club seat or room. Duty free selection limited.
Otherwise a comfortable journey and good service.
I have used condor ferries a few times and never had any issues before but at the point of booking online through your website , at no point was I informed that I had to pay extra to work on Jer
On time and helpful staff when we needed to make changes. Only issue was the customs delay which is not Condor's fault of course, thanks for nothing Brexit....

It was fine staff etc the only problem was getting down to Ferry Terminal that Monday 5th August from Oxford to be told its not running so we had to go back home only for return journe
