Going out we asked for assistance as we had someone with a walker, was placed on the bottom floor at the back of the ship was made to walk up to the ramp, which was very difficult.

Quick and no problems.Very efficient and organised.all the staff are very polite and approachable.Nothing is to much trouble.Very pleasant and enjoyable journey.I would highly recommend to people
It was an experience, but total journey time, door to door, was 10 hours, compared with approx 3 and a half hours if we fly to Guernsey.
Loading and unloading is a pain as you try to cram far too man
