I've got to say your staff the next day were good enough to call and say they had made available cycle transport from the next diverted sailing, the night passage - though we chose to wait for the lunchtime departure the next day. However, it was stressful not to have been a part of your thinking the night before our booked sailing, especially as we had rooms reserved in France for our first and second nights and needed to contact the hosts at the earliest opportunity.
