We are sorry to hear that your crossing was affected by an unexpected technical issue that resulted in a termination of service in Jersey. As I am sure you can appreciate, we tried to assist all of our passengers with accommodation, however, as this was during the peak summer season there were a limited amount of hotel rooms available to us on the Island.
We tried to help as many passengers as we could along with the Port staff assisting us with allowing the Port Terminal to remain open and for us to supply food and blankets for the remaining passengers.
