Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we are sorry that you had this experience when travelling with us. Our cabin managers would have been able to assist onboard with any seating issues. Seating in the Horizon lunge would have automatically allocated and free seats would have been chosen, however we are sorry that this spoiled the enjoyment of your crossing with us.
