Horrendous return journey! A trip that should have taken 3 hours took 7 !! Finally arrived home at 3.45 am - and had to be up at 7 am for work. Never again!

Good service if a bit expensive , short time crossing is good, long route crossing in the winter very cold.

Really enjoyable trip, going from Poole to Jersey and then on to St Malo. Easy to book, comfortable experience onboard and good food and drink. Staff were helpful too.

Outbound service delayed. Informed at check in that delay was 1 hour but it was over 2 hours and no updates!
Facilities at Poole when delayed are awful.
