Great trip.. quite a lot of loading time but the staff were amazing. Food good, bar good, loved it.

Late leaving both Poole and Jersey. Paid for quiet zone on return crossing, to find it full of noisy children and a standing bar.

Loading of vehicles was efficient and reasonably quick. The food offered was good. Friendly staff comfortable seating and clean.

Providing information for foot passengers was very poor. Disembarking in St Peter Port was especially bad.
