Easy check in both at Poole and Guernsey. Reasonable prices on board in restaurants and shops. Standard seats comfortable for the length of journey. Price of the day trip was good value too.

For the length of journey there is insufficient space and the seats are uncomfortable and tiny. Given you’re on the ferry for 7hrs approximately the lack of outdoor deck space is disappointing.

You will be charged by your network provider for any phone calls, messages or use of data whilst roaming this network, these charges will be outlined by your network provider. Your network provider should send an SMS to inform you of the cost of their charges and it may be worth contacting them if you did not receive this. We display clear messages on the ship’s television screens, notifying travellers to disable data roaming and Wi-Fi assist for Apple devices and our crews make a similar announcement on every crossing.
