Loading at both ends is flawed, vehicles arriving up to 30 minutes after us were loaded first, these people thaen had the best viewing seats and promptly fell asleep.

It didn’t leave on time we ended with an 8 hour crossing because it went jersey first!!!
What you should do is reopen Weymouth for the peak weeks in the summer

I found the ship very,the staff were very polite and helpful.I little moan I think your shop should stock more ten packs of tobacco.it is cheap but it would be an additional saving.
