The quality of food, duty free and service on the Voyager is very poor, much prefer the Liberation, but unfortunately most of my UK trips this year were and are on the Voyager!

Excellent check in supported by emails prior to arrival at Poole port Friendly staff with efficient service during embarkation and disembarkation. Staff friendly onboard in particular in duty free. H

Good smooth crossing in both directions. Glad we upgraded - seating very comfortable and at table service very good.

We had to wait in a baking hot car for 2 and a half hours before loading. And then the ferry went to Jersey before going to Guernsey. Finally arrived in Guernsey about 9 hours late.

The timings of outward travel could be timed to be earlier in the day, And the return trip was badly delayed which with children caused issues, the communication around this was poor with no updates.

The Poole to Guernsey ferry has excellent facilities and service.
the Club service on the Guernsey to Portsmouth is not worth the money.
